The creative process for Kanye West never comes to a halt. He is always finding ways to keep his unique ideas in the loop of things, which is quite inspiring.
On Saturday, IMAX Theaters announced that they will be collaborating with Kanye by releasing his film Jesus Is King. The content of this film consists of his Sunday Service that takes place every Sunday at different locations. If you’re a Kanye supporter, then you’re probably familiar with what his Sunday Service is. If not, here’s a little insight.
Every Sunday, Kanye holds a mass service where hundreds of people come out to sing , and just overall have a good time together. They get together and sing various gospel-inspired remixes from songs of different genres, and regular gospel tunes.

It is said that attendees are sometimes asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and most services are invite only. Some services have been held at his properties in Calabasas, Burbank, and Los Angeles. However, some recent services have even been open to the public in Ohio, Wyoming and Chicago.
“It’s just an idea we had to open up our hearts to make music that we felt was as pure and as positive as possible and just do it for an hour every Sunday, and have something where people can just come together and feel good with their families.” Kanye said in a David Letterman interview.
On Oct. 25, we get to see all of that come to life,. The Jesus is King film will be available exclusively in IMAX Theaters, just weeks after his album being released today.
