October is not far away. Not only do we have Fall to look forward to, but we also have multiple new and returning films and shows coming to Netflix; Just in time for us to stay in and enjoy some entertainment.
Below are 5 TV Shows and Films you can enjoy and look for in October.
- Dolemite Is My Name (October 25th)
This film is set to play in select theaters at the beginning of October, becoming apart of the selective groups of films made by Netflix to be seen in theaters. Dolemite Is My Name will celebrate the skills of Eddie Murphy, who will be taking on the lead role in this project. This incredible cast also includes Wesley Snipes, Mike Epps, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Keegan Michael-Key, Craig Robinson, Snoop Dogg, Chris Rock, T.I., Luenell and many more.
2. Big Mouth | Season 3 (October 4th)
The adult animated series Big Mouth will be returning October 4th. Join Nick and the entire cast as they continue to grow and learn about themselves in this very explicit series. No official trailer has been released yet, however, the series art has been released leaving the audience very curious about the journey of this new season.
3. Raising Dion | Season 1 (October 4th)
Raising Dion is a new sci-fi superhero series following a single mother trying to raise her son who she discovers has super powers. This series Starrs Michael B. Jordan (who is also a producer on this project), Alisha Wainwright, Jason Ritter, and Ja’Siah Young.
We can look forward to watching this October 4th.
4. Rhythm + Flow | Season 1 (October 9th)
The highly anticipated competition show that has never been done before on Netflix will follow T.I, Chance the Rapper, and Cardi B as they create teams to participate in a Hip-Hop talent competition. The episodes will air weekly starting October 9th.
5. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina | Part 3
While there is no set release date, it has been rumored that the 3rd Part to the Netflix Sabrina series will air around Halloween. The show is said to already have been approved for a 4th season in 2020.
As you can see we have a lot of new content to look forward to in October!
